Technical Product Manager – Defense and Intelligence

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the integration of multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software, and cybersecurity components, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with sector standards.
- Partner with internal engineers, third-party vendors, and government stakeholders to deliver fully integrated, secure technology solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex products, from initial design and strategy to deployment and maintenance.
- Guide technical project execution and delivery in coordination with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
- Align delivery plans with national security policies and technical standards (including NIST, RMF, FISMA, etc.).
- Provide technical input during business development cycles, including RFP responses and proposal development.
- Serve as a key liaison with international partners and defense agencies to ensure successful integration and deployment of global solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, solution integration, or technical product management roles.
- Background supporting defense, intelligence, or government-related programs, especially within the DoD sector.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols, secure infrastructure, and technical compliance.
- Proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-vendor technology solutions.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills, particularly in technical and regulated environments.
- Experience working in secure environments with a disciplined approach to data handling.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with international defense agencies or global partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Systems Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Familiarity with government compliance frameworks such as NIST, RMF, and FISMA.
