As part of their ongoing growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Data Center QA/QC Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes for multiple data center commissioning projects.

Focus:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) policies and procedures across data center commissioning projects.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to verify compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to identify quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to forecast resource needs and implement development plans for staff.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to project teams on best practices for quality management.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness across all project phases.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the data center or construction industry.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, quality assurance methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team and to travel 50%.
