Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Additionally, this role will provide clients with strategy, account management and industry best practices. The Social Media Manager will also oversee the development of ad creatives and test plans, pixel tracking, and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 3+ years experience in pay-per-click advertising
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization
- Primary Expertise in Meta & TikTok
- Secondary Expertise in Google & other social platforms is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and creative testing
- Familiarity with analytics tools and digital marketing analytics, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven experience creating presentations and presenting to clients/leadership
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
