About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help shape the future of our platform, working at the intersection of financial data, machine learning, and cutting-edge analytics. In this role, you’ll drive meaningful insights, develop AI-powered solutions, and work closely with product and engineering to deliver scalable systems that solve real-world problems.

What You’ll Do:

AI Innovation:
Design, train, and deploy predictive models for use cases like anomaly detection, risk assessment, and trend forecasting.
Develop applications using LLMs to parse and extract insights from unstructured data, streamlining financial workflows.
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to identify opportunities for implementing novel techniques in our platform.
Data Science Leadership:
Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and architectures to ensure scalability and performance.
Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights and deliver data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models seamlessly into the platform.
Team Growth: Mentor junior team members and establish best practices to foster a high-performing data science culture.
Automation & Tools: Develop tools and frameworks that enhance the efficiency of internal teams and improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP (BigQuery preferred), AWS, or Azure.
Experience with unstructured data, LLMs, and natural language processing techniques.

$140,000 - $190,000 commensurate of experience
