About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help shape the future of our platform, working at the intersection of financial data, machine learning, and cutting-edge analytics. In this role, you’ll drive meaningful insights, develop AI-powered solutions, and work closely with product and engineering to deliver scalable systems that solve real-world problems. As we grow, we want you to grow too—this role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about eventually building and leading a team of data scientists to amplify our mission.
What You’ll Do
AI Innovation:
- Design, train, and deploy predictive models for use cases like anomaly detection, risk assessment, and trend forecasting.
- Develop applications using LLMs to parse and extract insights from unstructured data, streamlining financial workflows.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to identify opportunities for implementing novel techniques in our platform.
Data Science Leadership
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and architectures to ensure scalability and performance.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights and deliver data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models seamlessly into the platform.
Team Growth: Mentor junior team members and establish best practices to foster a high-performing data science culture.
Automation & Tools: Develop tools and frameworks that enhance the efficiency of internal teams and improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP (BigQuery preferred), AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with unstructured data, LLMs, and natural language processing techniques.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary of $140,000 – $190,000
- Remote-first team with flexible hours
