About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our value within Pharmacy Benefits. This role will be central to developing marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and supporting growth across payer, employer, broker/consultant, and provider channels. The ideal candidate will combine healthcare industry knowledge with a passion for storytelling, campaign execution, and brand awareness + marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand differentiation and support sales and client retention goals.
- Partner with leadership, sales, and account management teams to align marketing programs with business objectives.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, webinars, email, and print) to engage brokers, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Build thought leadership programs, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and executive communications, that reinforce credibility in pharmacy benefit management.
Content & Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring clear, compliant, and professional communication.
- Oversee design and production of marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, infographics, and client success stories.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (clinical, pharmacy operations, and IT) to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling, audience-friendly messaging.
Events & Partnerships
- Manage presence at industry conferences, client forums, and partner events—developing pre-event marketing, booth design, presentations, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Build relationships with external vendors, consultants, and marketing partners to expand reach and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, PBM, payer, or related industry required.
- Proven track record of building integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill technical or clinical information into compelling messages.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Experience supporting B2B marketing and sales enablement within a healthcare or PBM environment strongly preferred.
