ob Title: AI Product Lead / Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Sydney-based)

About the Project:

We’re building a unique, high-energy mobile app for the global rave and EDM community — an all-in-one platform that combines:

• Tinder-style swipe matching for ravers and rave groups
• Group profile creation and personalised matching (e.g. find a rave crew or ravebae)
• AI-powered dance challenges (muzz, hack, kickroll) scored by pose/motion detection, inspired by osu!
• Leaderboards per song/playlist — with TikTok-style video share features
• Digital Kandi Builder where users design bead-by-bead rave bracelets and get them printed & shipped
• In-app rave gear shop and verified ticket resale system (Stripe/shop backend)

We’re looking for a talented and reliable developer (or dev team) who can build the MVP from scratch and implement core features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform mobile app (Flutter, React Native, or similar)
• Build AI motion scoring system using camera input and ML (MediaPipe, TensorFlow Lite, etc.)
• Integrate swipe matching, group profiles, and chat/matchmaking system
• Implement backend logic for leaderboards, performance tracking, and dance scoring
• Build TikTok-style recording/posting feature with in-app filters/stickers
• Create custom kandi builder tool (drag-drop UI + order system)
• Set up backend for e-commerce + secure ticket resale
• Ensure scalable, well-documented, and secure code

Tech Requirements:

• Strong experience in Flutter or React Native (cross-platform mobile apps)
• Experience with AI/ML for gesture or pose recognition (MediaPipe, OpenPose, TensorFlow Lite)
• Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js + NoSQL for backend
• Familiarity with leaderboard/game logic, social apps, or rhythm-based games is a huge plus
• Experience with camera input, video processing, and short-form content features
• E-commerce API (Shopify or Stripe), cloud deployment, and good version control practices

Bonus Skills:

• Understanding of rave/EDM/music festival culture
• Past experience building social or gamified apps
• UX/UI skills or ability to implement from Figma designs
• Knowledge of season-based competition systems or real-time scoring

We need a developer that can service our startup ideas and monitor the growing number of apps we develop. Our future ideas include but arent limited to:

• A sellable chatbot which provides bugfixes with companies that have programs, in order for users to better understand the program ect in some form
