About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling experiences. This role goes beyond creating beautiful designs. You'll play a key role in shaping brand identities, crafting impactful marketing creatives, and ensuring every visual reflects excellence and purpose.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality creatives across digital, social media, branding, web, and print.
• Develop memorable logos and cohesive brand identity systems from concept to execution.
• Create visually engaging marketing assets, presentations, training materials, and promotional collateral.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints through thoughtful visual storytelling.
• Craft clean layouts, typography, and compositions that enhance communication and user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay updated with design trends and introduce fresh creative perspectives.
• Deliver polished work while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, and visual communication projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with other relevant design tools. (Figma is an added bonus)
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in logo design and building complete visual identity systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Creative thinking with the ability to solve design challenges strategically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience designing presentations or professional training materials is an added advantage.
