They combine quantitative research, algorithmic trading, and advanced engineering to operate at the cutting edge of crypto markets. The team is lean, highly technical, and driven by data, automation, and performance.

As they scale their trading infrastructure and research tooling, they are building a specialized team of Julia experts to push performance and modeling capabilities to the next level.

About the Role

We’re searching for an experienced Julia engineer to join a technically elite team. You'll work on systems that drive real-time decisions, model complex strategies, and optimize performance at every level. This is a rare opportunity to join a crypto-native, highly automated firm that values engineering depth and quantitative rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain performance-critical systems in Julia.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to support algorithmic strategy development.
• Own core components of the research and execution infrastructure.
• Help scale and refine Julia-based systems for production.
• Optionally contribute to internal or open-source Julia tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Julia in production or research environments.
• 8+ years of total software engineering experience, ideally in high-performance or scientific computing.
• Strong understanding of systems design, performance optimization, and numerical computation.
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
