Role Purpose

To drive visual creation pipelines by combining traditional design principles with advanced AI generation tools, producing high-converting marketing assets, social media graphics, and premium brand concepts across client handles.

Core Responsibilities

● Design high-converting visuals for multi-industry social media grids, ad variations, and web marketing campaigns.

● Integrate generative AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion) to optimize asset creation and iteration speeds.

● Develop unique brand identities, custom color palettes, typography structures, and client layout guidelines.

● Collaborate with marketing managers and copywriters to convert campaign concepts into clean creative deliverables.

● Execute advanced visual layouts, asset manipulations, vector designs, and banner matrices via Adobe Creative Suite.

● Build quick-turnaround mood boards, brand prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new client onboarding pitches.

● Maintain strict control over pixel-perfect canvas sizing, color accuracy, resolution rules, and brand consistency.

● Follow internal project tracking timelines to guarantee punctual asset distribution and handle team revision loops.

● Review creative asset performance data weekly to adjust visual styling paths and archive master source files.
