We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to elevate how we tell our product story. Someone who doesn’t just understand features, but understands markets, people, timing, and B2B narratives. Someone who brings bold strategy, market precision, and aesthetic discipline to everything they touch. A clear-thinker living in a complex-world to explain.

This is a cross-functional, high-impact role. Our platform spans rugged hardware, smart software, and operational services: built to work together or as powerful standalones. Your primary focus will be shaping and driving our product marketing campaigns, while collaborating with other Product Marketing Managers to maintain a cohesive message across the full portfolio.

You’ll own the positioning, narrative, go-to-market strategy, and execution. Working side-by-side with a sharp, fast-moving team across marketing, product, and sales to bring it all to life. You’ll be working with other Product Marketing Managers within the growing and multi-skilled Marketing Team.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• Lead product launches from start to finish, from briefings and segmentation to launch planning and post-launch analysis. Align internal teams and timelines to ensure smooth, coordinated rollouts.
• Own product GTM campaigns end-to-end, including naming, concept development, messaging, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
• Craft clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for your product vertical. Translate complex features into compelling value for multiple audiences—from logistics operators to enterprise decision-makers.
• Collaborate with content and commercial teams to produce world-class pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, and case studies and equip our Business Development team with the messaging, tools, and training they need to understand our products positioning and expand adoption
• Partner with with our multi-skilled marketing team to make sure every asset reflects the product strategy and campaigns you’re leading on
• Track campaign outcomes and continuously refine based on data, feedback, and results. Bring an experimental mindset and move quickly on what’s working.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, communication, or campaign management, ideally in high-growth tech companies or agency environments.
• Proven success in launching and positioning products, building strong B2B narratives, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• A hands-on go-getter with a business-driven mindset
• Experience with branding and bold, unconventional campaigns that challenge industry norms.
• A true team-player, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines with confidence.
• Confident communicator, capable of working across the org, from aligning with technical teams to presenting to C-level stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, sales, and customer success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (native level is a plus).
• Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and fast-moving, you thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Relentlessly curious and performance-driven, always seeking out new insights, better ways of working, and opportunities to grow.
