We are in search of a motivated and hands-on Product Manager to support the design and delivery of the tools and systems that power our global operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and help implement solutions across in-house software, third-party tools, and integrated services that enable Bloq.it to scale efficiently.

What will be your responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Operations platform, covering internal tools, 3rd-party software, and integration layers, from discovery to deployment and optimization;
Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience for internal teams and external partners;
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility;
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, hardware, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time;
Translate complex requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications;
Leverage data and user insights to drive decision-making, measure success, and inform iterative improvements;
Facilitate stakeholder alignment via regular product reviews, demos, and status updates;
Advocate for the product internally and externally, evangelizing new features and gathering feedback to fuel continuous improvement.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally focused on internal platforms, operations tooling, or enterprise systems;
Proven success managing product roadmaps and shipping features in agile/lean teams;
Solid technical understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or embedded firmware;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions;
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences and foster collaboration;
Experience working with hardware-related products, IoT, logistics, or last-mile delivery solutions is a plus;
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
