〈職務内容〉

不動産取引における情報の非効率や分断を解消し、エンドユーザーの体験向上とプロフェッショナルの生産性向上を両立させるプロダクト群の開発を牽引します。単なる機能開発に留まらず、AIを活用した業務代行や、複雑なデータの「名寄せ」ロジックの改善など、業界のスタンダードを塗り替えるプラットフォーム構築を目指します。

■仕事内容：シニアソフトウェアエンジニアとして、複数プロダクトの設計・開発と技術組織の高度化をリード

・Webフロントエンド、バックエンド、モバイルアプリを横断したアーキテクチャの設計およびレビュー

・「物件DB」の精度向上に向けたアルゴリズム改善や、大規模データのリアルタイム連携基盤の構築

・CI/CD、モニタリングの自動化、ログ基盤整備など、エンジニアの生産性を最大化するための開発環境改善

・チームメンバーの技術的サポート、育成、およびビジネスサイドと連携したプロダクト戦略の立案

【開発/システム環境】

・言語/フレームワーク：Go, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript 等

・インフラ/ツール：Elasticsearch, GitHub, Gemini, Dify（生成AIツール）

・開発手法：アジャイル（KPT、Daily Meeting、Issue/PR運用による継続的改善）

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・Webアプリケーションの実践的な開発経験（5年以上）

・バックエンドおよびフロントエンド（Webまたはネイティブアプリ）双方の開発経験

・スケーラビリティを考慮したシステム設計・実装の経験

・チームリードやテックリードなど、開発チームを牽引した経験

・コンピュータサイエンス、ネットワーク、DB、セキュリティの基礎知識

【歓迎要件（Want）】

・Go, Next.js, React Nativeを用いた開発実務経験

・ソフトウェアをゼロから立ち上げ、長期運用・スケールさせた経験

・大規模トランザクション下、または分散システムでの開発・運用経験

< Role Overview >

We aim to solve structural inefficiencies in the real estate industry by bridging data gaps between consumers and professionals. You will drive the evolution of our B2C and B2B products, focusing on building a "Master Property Database" and integrating AI agents to automate complex workflows.

■ Responsibilities: Leading Technical Excellence as a Senior Software Engineer

・Design and review architectures across Web front-end, back-end, and mobile applications.

・Optimize core algorithms (e.g., data deduplication) and build scalable data integration systems.

・Enhance developer productivity by automating CI/CD, monitoring, and streamlining development environments.

・Mentor team members and collaborate with business stakeholders to define product roadmaps.

[ Technical Environment ]

・Languages/Frameworks: Go, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, etc.

・Infrastructure/Tools: Elasticsearch, GitHub, Generative AI tools (Gemini, Dify).

・Methodology: Agile (KPT, Daily Meetings, Continuous improvement via PR workflows).

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・5+ years of professional experience in web application development.

・Proficiency in both back-end and front-end (Web or Native App) development.

・Experience in designing and implementing systems with scalability in mind.

・Experience leading development teams (Team Lead or Tech Lead).

・Foundational knowledge of CS, networking, DBs, and security.

[Nice-to-have]

・Hands-on experience with Go, Next.js, or React Native.

・Experience developing software from scratch and scaling it for long-term operation.

・Experience with high-transaction or distributed systems.
