〈職務内容〉

製造業において重要とされる膨大な図面やサプライチェーンデータを、機械学習等の技術を用いて構造化・資産化するクラウドサービスを展開しています。これらのプロダクトを通じて、設計・調達・生産プロセスの全体最適を実現し、業界全体の活性化を目指しています。

■仕事内容：シニアバックエンドエンジニアとして、急成長するプラットフォームの技術的リードを担う

・急拡大するサービスにおける技術選定およびアーキテクチャの意思決定のリード

・持続的な運用可能性を重視した高品質なバックエンドアプリケーションの構築

・事業戦略と連動した技術戦略の立案、および開発組織全体の技術的牽引

・プロダクトの長期的ロードマップを理解し、技術的側面から改善機会を提案・推進

【開発/システム環境】

・バックエンド：Go/Rust/Kotlin等の静的型付け言語（プロジェクトによる）、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ

・インフラ/ツール：Docker、Kubernetes、クラウドインフラ、CI/CDパイプライン、GitHub、Slack

・その他：機械学習/LLM解析基盤との連携、スキーマ駆動開発の推進

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・技術的専門性を持ち、非機能要件を含むアーキテクチャ設計をリードした経験

・技術面と事業状況を比較し、言語・フレームワーク・ライブラリ選定を行った経験

・Logging/監視/Event/非同期ジョブ基盤の設計・構築経験

・CI/CD整備やコーディング規約策定など、開発生産性の課題解決をリードした経験

・日本語での流暢なビジネスコミュニケーション能力（N2程度以上）

・静的型付け言語を用いたWebアプリの開発・運用経験

・Dockerネイティブなインフラ環境での開発経験

・ドメイン駆動設計（DDD）やマイクロサービスの設計・運用経験

< Role Overview >

We develop cloud services that transform complex manufacturing data into valuable information assets using machine learning. Our goal is to achieve total optimization across design, procurement, and production, empowering the entire manufacturing industry.

■ Responsibilities: Leading Technical Strategy as a Senior Backend Engineer

・Leading technical selection and architectural decision-making for rapidly scaling services.

・Building sustainable and high-quality backend applications with long-term maintainability.

・Formulating technical strategies aligned with business goals and mentoring the engineering organization.

・Proposing and driving technical improvements based on the long-term product roadmap.

[ Technical Environment ]

・Backend: Static typing languages (e.g., Go, Rust, Kotlin), Microservices.

・Infrastructure/Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, GitHub, Slack.

・Methodologies: Schema-driven development, integration with ML/LLM analysis platforms.

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・Experience leading architecture design, including non-functional requirements and managing uncertainty.

・Proven track record in selecting languages, frameworks, and libraries by balancing technical pros/cons with business needs.

・Experience designing/building job foundations, logging, monitoring, and event-driven systems.

・Experience improving development productivity (e.g., CI/CD, coding standards).

・Fluent business Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 level or equivalent).

[Nice-to-have]

・Experience in development/operation using static typing languages and Docker-native environments.

・Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture.

・Experience leading Scrum or Agile process improvements.

・Business-level English proficiency.
