法人向け生成AI活用ツールの開発・改善を担当していただきます。

生成AIの業務活用を支え、ユーザーが質の高いアプリケーションをノーコードで作成・運用できるプラットフォームを目指しています。

▼ 主な開発業務

・機能開発における企画からの要件定義

・DatabaseやAPIスキーマの設計

・クラウドインフラの設計、構築

・バックエンドおよびWebフロントエンドの開発

▼ 改善・運用業務

・CI/CDの改善、追加

・プロダクトコードの最適化、リファクタリング

・他チームやカスタマーサクセスへの技術的支援

・インシデント発生時の対応および仕組みづくり

■必須スキル

・コンピュータ・サイエンスの学位または同等の知識

・ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験3年以上

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

・チーム開発において、サービス仕様の検討段階から行った経験

◆◆◆ Job Responsibilities ◆◆◆

You will be responsible for the development and improvement of a generative AI platform for enterprises. Our mission is to create a platform where users can easily build and manage high-quality AI applications without coding.

▼ Key Development Tasks

Requirements definition starting from the planning phase of new features.

Design of Database and API schemas.

Design and construction of cloud infrastructure.

Development of backend and web frontend.

▼ Improvement & Operations

Improvement and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.

Optimization and refactoring of product code.

Providing technical support to other teams and Customer Success.

Incident response and building systems to prevent recurrence.

■ Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.

3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.

Business-level Japanese proficiency.

■ Preferred Qualifications

Experience participating in service specification discussions from the initial stages.

Experience developing ML-related products.

Development experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP).

Contributions to OSS or technical communities.
