Job purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand building, content, events, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives - including digital, events, partnerships, and content marketing - that contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Location: Remote with some UK travel
Key accountabilities or responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, covering digital campaigns, event marketing, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
Content & Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital channels, email marketing, and offline materials. Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns - including digital, physical, and virtual events - to achieve measurable results.
Lead Generation & Brand Awareness:
Drive lead generation and brand awareness through targeted inbound and outbound marketing activities. Identify opportunities to expand reach via partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events.
Events & Partnerships:
Plan, organise, and execute company events, webinars, trade shows, and partner-led initiatives to engage target audiences, build brand presence, and support sales objectives.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all marketing activities (digital, events, content) to assess impact, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration:
Utilise HubSpot and other marketing tools to streamline processes, personalise customer journeys, and track campaign effectiveness across channels. Work closely with sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and tracking.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, developers, event organisers, and sales professionals to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive execution of campaigns.
