Overview:

We are seeking a freelance Packaging Designer to support our Brand team on upcoming special projects. This role requires a designer with a strong background in developing packaging systems and visual identities for consumer brands, particularly in the wellness, supplement, or lifestyle space.

The ideal candidate has experience taking a brand’s packaging identity from concept through execution—translating strategic insights into compelling, cohesive, and shelf-ready designs. This includes working within existing brand frameworks while identifying opportunities for refinement and evolution.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in packaging design and brand identity development for CPG brands
• Experience working with photography in packaging design, including art direction and layout
• Strong understanding of visual systems and how they translate across multiple SKUs
• Ability to balance creative thinking with brand consistency and commercial viability
• Knowledge of print production, dielines, and preparing final artwork for print
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
• Experience integrating consumer research or strategic insights into design work

Scope of Work:

• Packaging updates and refinements
• Concept development aligned with brand and marketing strategy
• Collaboration with internal brand, creative, and marketing stakeholders
• Final artwork preparation and production-ready files

This is a freelance opportunity with immediate availability. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, thoughtful, and experienced in building elevated, cohesive packaging that connects with consumers.
