About the Role:

BloFin is seeking a strategic and experienced Brand & PR leader to drive our regional marketing and communications efforts. This role combines brand positioning, media relations, and growth strategy to elevate BloFin’s presence in key global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional brand, PR, and communication strategy in alignment with BloFin’s global expansion goals.
• Build and manage high-impact media, KOL, and stakeholder relationships across Crypto, Finance, and Tech sectors.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of localized campaigns — from messaging and visual content to SEO and social activation.
• Identify strategic partnerships and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive brand growth and user acquisition.
• Collaborate with data and marketing teams to analyze market trends, optimize performance, and inform go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Brand, PR, or Growth Marketing, ideally in Crypto, Blockchain, or FinTech.
• Proven leadership in managing regional campaigns, media relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, localization, and audience engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
