We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute multiple projects, working with our enterprise client, ensuring delivery meets scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role is perfect for a consultative, creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive value for our client and the business.

Responsibilities:

Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
Maintain transparency on project status, risks, and issues while driving governance and risk mitigation.
Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, business partners, and clients.
Ability to coordinate teams across traditional projects, objectives and key results (OKRs), Scrum Sprints, and product/maintenance backlogs.
Ability to build, maintain and communicate roadmaps, capacity plans, and other agile metrics about the projects.
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Making informed and strategic decisions when evaluating multiple pathways for project advancement.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain expected standards.
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the TMC and/or Hospitality sectors
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments
Solid analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Deep understanding of travel operations, including associated tools and processes
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with assertiveness and patience to navigate challenging situations
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Travel Requirement: Estimated 10%–15%, subject to business needs

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Required
Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) - a Plus
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - a Plus
