🧑‍💼 About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing & Operations Manager to take charge of outreach and execution for our growing art brand, The Outlines Studio, under the Blitz Digital Solutions umbrella.

You will be responsible for managing influencer collaboration campaigns, recruiting and training a remote outreach team, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day tasks. You’ll serve as the operations lead—coordinating efforts between the founder and outreach team to ensure timely follow-ups and impactful results.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage influencer outreach operations for The Outlines Studio.
• Hire, train, and supervise junior outreach team members to execute influencer campaigns.
• Create job listings, screen applicants, and manage onboarding processes.
• Assign daily tasks, track output, ensure accountability, and provide regular guidance.
• Draft compelling email pitches and assist with Canva-based presentations when needed.
• Maintain outreach trackers, follow-up schedules, and share performance updates with the founder.
• Build and maintain positive communication with influencers and external collaborators.

💡 Must-Have Skills

• Strong command of English communication—both written and verbal.
• Excellent coordination and team management skills in a remote environment.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic email tools.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A keen eye for detail and professionalism in all communication.
