Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Marketing & Community Support Manager at Blink AI. The Marketing & Community Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional product support to users while building and nurturing an engaged community. They will create compelling content, develop marketing strategies, seek partnership opportunities, and gather valuable user feedback to improve the product experience and expand brand awareness.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and high-quality customer support across multiple channels
- Build and maintain a thriving user community through active engagement
- Create content for X (Twitter) and Medium, including thought leadership articles, case studies, and tutorials
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase platform adoption
- Seek appropriate partnerships and PR opportunities to expand brand visibility
- Identify and engage with industry influencers to evangelize the platform
- Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and user meetups
- Monitor community sentiment and collect user feedback for product improvements
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align community initiatives with company goals
Requirements:
- 3-4 years minimum experience in building content, community, and product support for B2C companies
- Strong understanding of customer support best practices and tools
- Experience with content creation and social media management, particularly on X and Medium
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies
- Experience in identifying and securing valuable partnerships and PR opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for different channels
- Ability to utilize AI tools like GPT-4 for support automation and content creation
- Competence in G-Sheets, PowerPoint, and similar tools
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- English proficiency
Will be a plus:
- Experience with community management platforms
- Background in SaaS or AI product marketing and support
- Experience with YouTube/TikTok/X/Facebook for content creation
- Personal following on major platforms
- Experience evangelizing technology products to new audiences
