About the Role
Bless Creation is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help evolve and maintain our WordPress website to ensure strong performance, excellent user experience, and consistent branding.
We’re looking for someone who combines creative problem-solving with technical expertise—able to take ownership of development tasks, implement new features, and deliver functional, visually engaging, and high-performing web experiences. Proficiency with Elementor is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Bless Creation’s WordPress website.
- Build and customize responsive, brand-aligned web pages in Elementor.
- Work with our design and content teams to implement new pages, forms, popups, and other features.
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
- Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and accessibility across all devices.
- Integrate third-party tools (analytics, tag management, CRM, testing tools).
- Monitor site health and performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals, load times, and uptime.
- Follow best practices for version control and deployment.
- Stay up to date with trends in WordPress, Elementor, and web development.
- Contribute dynamic or interactive features and animations to enhance user experience.
- Maintain a design-aware, user-focused approach to all development projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on WordPress.
- Proven expertise with Elementor for building and customizing pages.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, structured data, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating third-party tools.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
