Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement a robust AEM-to-Snowflake data ingestion pipeline.

• Process and transform unstructured data sources (PDFs, images, text) for downstream analytics.

• Integrate Snowflake Cortex AI to support conversational search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) use cases.

• Optimize ETL processes for scalability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with data scientists and AI engineers to support advanced search and conversational agent features.

• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Snowflake as a primary data platform.

• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.

• Experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data ingestion processes.

• Hands-on experience with unstructured data formats and ingestion workflows.

• Familiarity with PySpark is a plus.

• Knowledge of Snowflake Cortex AI or other conversational AI frameworks is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.

• Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies is a plus.

• Ability to work independently in a proof-of-concept environment.

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Advanced English level (both written and spoken) is required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
