Lead AI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong AWS and Generative AI expertise to join our investment and financial services team.This role is ideal for a highly autonomous professional who can not only design solutions but also lead their technical implementation, ensuring robust and scalable AI-driven systems tailored for financial services use cases.

What is this position about?

• Lead the technical implementation of AI and cloud-based solutions.

• Design, build, and optimize Gen AI and agentic workflows for financial applications.

• Architect and manage systems leveraging AWS services to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution.

• Ensure best practices in testing, monitoring, and reliability across deployed systems.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide rapid solutions.

Qualifications

Must haves

• Proven AWS experience, including hands-on implementation.

• Strong background in Generative AI and agentic system design.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery.

• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to haves

• Financial services industry experience, especially investment or banking systems.

• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in finance.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?

To thrive in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in cloud/AI technical roles.
