Fullstack AI Engineer

Job Description

• Design and implement agent workflows using both GUI tools and code.
• Develop and maintain microservices that integrate seamlessly with AI agents.
• Work across the stack with Python (backend), Next.js (frontend), and Node.js.
• Collaborate in an event-driven architecture environment.
• Use AI pair programmers (e.g., Roo agents) to accelerate development.
• Create and manage tasks and tickets.
• Communicate with stakeholders about progress, blockers, and milestones.
• Coordinate testing (e.g., bug bash) before releasing features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of system design, S.O.L.I.D. principles, and best practices.
• Comfortable working with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience deploying to and working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Familiarity or interest in prompt engineering and AI agent design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Adaptable, self-directed, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Prior exposure to OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks are nice to have.

• We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
