Business Development Growth Leader - Data Science Solutions

Job Description

• Identifies new business opportunities with new logos, pitches Blend360’s services and capabilities successfully to achieve closed deals; this includes writing proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Negotiates best possible pricing to achieve the most optimal margin for Blend360.
• Updates pipeline to include all leads, opportunities, notes and activities in a timely manner.
• Remains engaged with clients and delivery team once project has commenced, ensuring smooth progression while actively looking for new ways to deepen the client relationship.

Qualifications

• Proven professional services sales “rainmaker” with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience with a focus on selling services with focus on data science, analytics, data solutions, marketing technologies and Adobe solutions
• Ability to partner with Client Partners and Practice Leaders to identify and close new business opportunities
• Rolodex of marketing and analytics contacts within Fortune 500 companies
• Deep knowledge of enterprise analytics ad people-based marketing strategies; Passionate about data, analytics and digital marketing
• Proven leadership experience, ability to be customer driven, results driven, collaborative and flexible
• Creative, resourceful, well-organized, self-starter, solutions-oriented
• Strong, executive-level presentation skills
• Networking and weekly travel to client locations when necessary

The starting pay range for this role is $170k - $250k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
