Job Summary
Blavity Inc. is looking for a Manager, Integrated Marketing. The full-time position is responsible for developing Blavity’s comprehensive RFP response and sales collateral, leading strategy and brainstorm ideation, and maintaining a consistent brand with our clients. This position partners closely with the sales and branding content production teams. The ideal candidate will know the media landscape and how advertisers leverage publishers to tell their campaign messaging.
This role will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Media Client Services and Integrated Marketing.

Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred
Required Experience:
4+ years of experience at a media agency, creative agency, brand, and/or publisher, developing digital advertising campaigns and innovative media strategies
2+ years of experience creating strategic media proposals in response to a client or brand's RFP, in support of a sales team
Preferred Experience:
Proven experience developing engaging, on-brand campaigns across digital, social, and video
Technologies: Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite
Additional Qualifications:
Understanding of the sales cycle, key accounts, products, and solutions that will generate revenue
Experience in both media planning and production
A proactive, creative, go-getter who can think strategically and use industry data and information to craft a compelling story
Strong communication skills and can partner with multiple departments across the organization
Project management skills, problem solver and solution-oriented
Ability to deliver a thoughtful, data-driven, and timely proposal to strategic and standard accounts by being a proactive go-getter who is able to think strategically and use industry data and information to craft a compelling story
