Job Summary

As a Business Consultant/Project Manager at Blattner Technologies, you will drive client success by managing projects and implementing business solutions tailored to client needs. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and providing strategic insights to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored business solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document processes and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities.

Travel

• Travel may include business meetings and customer visits as required.

Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of business analysis/consulting experience for technical projects.
• 3-5 years of project management experience on small to medium-sized projects.
• Web and mobile development experience is highly recommended.
• Experience with AI/ML projects is a plus.
• Multiple vertical expertise is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with data-driven solutions, AI, or digital transformation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $85,000-$110,000 based on experience
