Solution Design & Strategy: Lead grooming sessions with business users to provide optimal solutions, accurate estimations, and detailed sub-tasks for every user story.
Development: Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations, including high-level customizations, UI/form & plugins & workflows development, Power Automate development, Security configuration, reporting/dashboards configuration and technical/business documentation.
Module Expertise: Extensive hands-on development across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages.
System Integration: Manage seamless integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints, while utilizing Visual Studio and source control for versioning.
Platform Maintenance: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure zero-friction operations and rapid defect resolution.
Agile Collaboration: Work within a Scrum framework, conducting stakeholder demos and collaborating with the architecture team to ensure designs meet all technical and business requirements.
Leadership: Mentor Junior developers and ensure they know & follow the standards and best practices.
