Make Your Mark:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for implementing integrated and Account Based Marketing campaigns associated with key product lines within BlackLine, to ensure strategic alignment on marketing efforts. This role requires a creative thinking, highly collaborative individual, with a strong understanding of cross-channel marketing, and buying behaviors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing large-scale marketing initiatives, driving growth, and alignment to the global strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the role will implement the brand strategy for broad product categories within our diverse portfolio of products. They will be responsible for executing brand awareness, accelerating revenue growth, and optimizations of the marketing initiatives assigned to the product group.
In addition to being a broad marketing professional, with experience and knowledge in many layers of marketing, the Brand Manager will understand digital marketing, ABM, demand generation, content creation, and campaign execution. Each Brand Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, executing, and reporting of the integrated and ABM campaigns.
Working cross functionally with multiple department and teams, the Brand Manager will execute on short-term, and plan effectively for long-range marketing objectives and strategies to drive growth and profitability for their assigned products. They will have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and what activities increase pipeline, as well as delivering meaningful experiences through a variety of marketing tactics and channels. The Brand Manager is responsible for the day-to-day marketing execution, as well as compiling and analyzing performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization.
