As a member of the Global Creative team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative concepts, designs and artwork across all media channels. This position will also be tasked with interpreting company brand guidelines and applying those brand standards to create compelling sales, event and marketing materials. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in various disciplines (digital and print) and toggling back and forth seamlessly.
The Graphic Designer will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from developing creative concepts to delivering final working files for implementation. Ideal candidates will have both an analytical and creative skill set and must be willing to accept constructive design feedback and guidance from Sr. Graphic Designer and Creative Director, while distilling client’s business needs. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop core creative ideas and deliver work that is engaging, ‘on brand’ and within guidelines
- Partner with the internal marketing team to conceptualize and design on-brand sales and marketing communications
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure the tone and values are consistent across all branded content and products
- Manage technical aspects of producing materials from conceptual stage through completion.
- Maintain accurate project records including art and corresponding archives.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Education/Training – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or a design related field is required
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in Creative Services with agency or in-house teams
- 2+ years digital experience desirable
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- A solid portfolio that demonstrates delivery of creative excellence
- Expert using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint)
- Strong hands-on typography and design skills
- Solid knowledge of print and digital production
- Proven Creative studio experience
- An appetite for learning and continuous improvement
- Experience with designing for html email and mobile experience desirable
