We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing & ABM Specialist to drive LinkedIn and HubSpot-led demand generation. This role involves data-driven prospecting, account-based marketing (ABM), and inbound marketing to build high-quality lead pipelines. The ideal candidate has expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and advanced prospecting tools, with a strong focus on reporting, sales enablement, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn ABM Marketing:
- Research and build data lists of target clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Evaboot, and other sources.
- Identify and enrich prospect data using relevant tools.
- Upload, segment, and manage contact lists in HubSpot.
- Design, implement, and optimize LinkedIn ABM campaigns.
- Report on LinkedIn ABM performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Write persuasive email copy for campaigns and customer success communications.
- Design and build emails using HTML/templates within HubSpot.
- Test and send emails, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
- Optimize email campaigns over time to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Build nurture campaigns and automated sequences to support lead generation and sales enablement.
HubSpot & Sales Enablement:
- Manage and configure HubSpot for marketing and sales alignment.
- Provide training and ongoing support for the sales team in HubSpot usage.
- Set up workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Help sales people automate tasks to improve efficiency.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and lead pipeline efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies drive revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn ABM and B2B inbound marketing.
- Expertise in HubSpot (setup, configuration, reporting, and automation).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data enrichment and prospecting.
- Ability to write high-converting email and ad copy.
- Experience in launching and optimizing LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to provide training and support to sales teams on HubSpot best practices.
