We are making a bold transition to a subscription-based learning model, providing micro-learning experiences tailored for African entrepreneurs. Our focus is on practical, high-impact, and results-driven courses that fit seamlessly into the busy lives of entrepreneurs.

To achieve this, we are updating our existing courses and transforming them into concise, action-focused micro-courses, while also developing new content that directly addresses the needs of African business owners.

We are looking for a world-class Instructional Designer who is passionate about entrepreneurship, digital education, and creating courses that truly drive business success. If you have an eye for instructional strategy and a deep understanding of how adults learn best in an online setting, we want you on our team.

Your Role & Impact

As our Instructional Designer, you will:

• Develop and refine course structures that make learning engaging, effective, and actionable.

• Update and transform our existing courses into micro-learning modules, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and maximum value for learners.

• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) (including our founder) to structure and produce new courses on business, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship tailored for African markets.

• Ensure courses align with adult learning principles, making them practical, interactive, and easy to implement.

• Leverage storytelling, case studies, and real-world applications to enhance learning impact.

• Collaborate with video editors, copywriters, and content strategists to deliver polished, professional courses.

• Utilize feedback loops, learning analytics, and engagement metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is obsessed with learning outcomes and can turn expert knowledge into transformational courses.

✅ Experience in instructional design (at least 3+ years, preferably in online business education, ed-tech, or digital entrepreneurship).

✅ Proficiency in course structuring, curriculum design, and learning experience optimization.

✅ Familiarity with e-learning platforms & tools (LearnDash, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).

✅ Ability to create structured, engaging, and easy-to-digest learning materials (micro-learning, interactive modules, worksheets, quizzes).

✅ Strong collaboration skills – you’ll be working with SMEs, video editors, and content strategists.

✅ Passion for entrepreneurship & business education – bonus if you understand African business landscapes.

✅ Strong project management skills – ability to balance multiple courses and meet deadlines.

✅ Tech-savvy mindset – comfortable working in digital-first environments.
