Responsibilities:

• Graphic & Marketing Design: Design social media graphics, marketing banners, presentations, infographics, and event materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Brand Identity: Ensure consistency across all design assets and contribute to strengthening Bizom's visual identity.
• Website Design: Design responsive, visually compelling websites and landing pages, from wireframe to final visual design, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
• AI-Powered Design Efficiency: Actively use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT/Claude for ideation and copy support) to speed up ideation, generate concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and improve turnaround time while maintaining design quality and originality.
• User-Centric Approach: Observe how users interact with our website, social media collaterals and gather insights, and refine designs accordingly.
• Design & AI Tools Research: Continuously research the latest design trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices; evaluate and recommend new tools/workflows that can improve team productivity and design quality.
• High-Quality Execution: Ensure all design projects meet high-quality standards, maintaining clarity, creativity, and alignment with Bizom's objectives.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and tech teams to bring creative ideas to life and enhance user engagement.
• Adaptability & Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in visual/graphic/UI design
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
• Hands-on experience using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI features, or similar) to enhance and accelerate design workflows
• Experience designing websites/landing pages with an understanding of responsive design principles
• Strong visual storytelling and design sense
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality
• Curiosity to explore new design and AI tools, and translate them into practical workflow improvements
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
