About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong creative vision and a passion for connecting brand storytelling with exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you’ll help shape the visual identity of our tech products while driving consistency and innovation across all digital touchpoints, from product interfaces to marketing campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with both the Marketing and Product teams to design intuitive, user-centered experiences and impactful visuals that engage audiences across social media, web, and other digital platforms. This role blends strategic user experience design, product UI, and creative brand expression, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of UX, UI, and digital marketing design.
About the Job:
- Lead the full UX/UI design process for web and mobile products - from concept and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to align business objectives with user needs and brand goals.
- Design visually compelling assets for social media, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives that reflect and enhance our brand identity.
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure brand and visual consistency across products and marketing materials.
- Translate data and insights into actionable design improvements that optimize user engagement.
- Identify pain points across the customer journey and propose data-informed solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to run A/B tests, interpret behavioral data, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Stay up to date with trends in UX/UI, social media, and digital branding to keep our design fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in tech or SaaS environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design, branding, and social media design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and digital storytelling.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and consistency across platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in brand identity systems, creative direction, or campaign art direction.
- Familiarity with performance-driven design for social and digital channels.
