About the Role

Biz-Tech Analytics is hiring a software engineer extensively experienced in full stack Python for a freelance opportunity to support a high-impact AI training project. In this short-term, remote engagement, you’ll work with our AI operations team to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated code and responses, as well as on analyzing, reviewing, and annotating outputs from large language models (LLMs), helping improve their performance on programming and technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Python and Docker code in AI-generated outputs for correctness, efficiency, and clarity
• Evaluating AI behavior in code-related tasks and providing structured feedback
• Identifying edge cases, errors, and ambiguities in model responses
• Annotating outputs and contributing to model training datasets
• Paying close attention to detail in code testing and logic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive experience in full stack Python development (Flask and Django)
• 1–2 years of basic Docker knowledge
• Strong eye for detail, especially in reviewing logic, syntax, and functionality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Availability from this week (July 11-12) through July 31
