About this Role
As a Software Engineer on the UX Team, you will collaborate with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Researching and documenting user workflows.
- Designing intuitive front-end systems, creating mockups, and engage with users for feedback.
- Works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools.
- Uses tools such as PenPot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered.
- Experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases, creating user interface design specifications through researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios.
- The ability to work closely with application developers and the team.
- Experience directing/conducting usability testing.
- Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and PenPot.
- Fourteen (14) years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related degree) OR 19 years of experience without a degree.

Salary Range
This position is hourly. We estimate you'll earn between $180,000 and $230,000 annually, including our flex income, depending upon your annual work hours.
