Senior Software Engineer (Fintech/Payments)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead development of core crypto and cross-border fiat payments infrastructure.
• Implement industry best-practices.
• Delivers well-documented and well-tested code.
• Interfaces with 3rd-party vendors and internal engineering/product team.
• Able to work with others.
• Reports to VP Engineering and VP Product

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience working in Fintech/Payments
• 7+ years experience working with Python and Python API frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc...)
• 7+ years experience working with SQL
• 5+ years experience with AWS
• Self-learner, efficient, highly motivated, and not afraid to ask questions

Nice To Haves (not required):

• Experience with NoSQL databases, AWS Batch, AWS Fargate, AWS Lambda
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Payroll, HR, and/or cryptocurrency industry experience
