About the Role:
We're looking for a Regional Manager to own content localization and community operations in Spanish & Portuguese. You'll be the local voice of Bitunix — translating our global brand into something that genuinely resonates with regional traders, producing content that converts, and turning our social channels and community groups into a real growth engine.
This is a hands-on, ship-fast role. You won't be writing briefs for someone else to execute — you'll be the one publishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Localization
- Adapt global campaigns, product launches, and educational content for the local market — true cultural localization, not just translation
- Rewrite global copy so it sounds native: tone, references, slang, trading culture, meme literacy
- Feed local insights back to the global content team to shape the broader roadmap
Social Media Content Production
- Plan, produce, and publish original content across regional channels (X/Twitter, Telegram, plus locally relevant platforms)
- Mix of formats: market commentary, trading insights, product tutorials, threads, short-form video, memes
- Own the regional content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm
Social & Community Channel Management
- Run and grow the regional Telegram, Discord, and local-platform communities
- Convert community sentiment into a retention and acquisition lever — not just a support channel
Performance & Reporting
- Track content and community KPIs (followers, engagement, traffic, registrations, FTD/FTT attribution)
- Weekly reporting on channel performance with clear next-iteration recommendations
- Run A/B tests on formats, posting times, and community campaigns
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in content marketing, community management, or regional marketing — crypto, fintech, or another fast-moving consumer product preferred
- Native in Spanish & Portuguese + strong English; you can read a global brief and produce something that feels written from inside the market
- Proven track record running social channels at scale (please share examples + metrics)
- Deep familiarity with the local crypto scene: the KOLs, the platforms, the running jokes, what content actually performs
- Self-starter comfortable operating across time zones with a remote global team
