We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work with our creative team and assist in the development of compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the creative team in the creation of visual assets, including digital and print materials (datasheets, whitepapers, ebooks), social media graphics, website graphics, presentations, display ads, and event booths.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Develop innovative and engaging design concepts to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Coordinate with internal designers and broader marketing team for reviews and feedback as needed.
- Monitor design trends and industry best practices to keep creative strategies up to date.
- Review the performance of design assets and optimize them for better engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and other design tools.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage workloads and receive feedback.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with strategic business goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in branding, UI/UX, motion graphics, illustration, or video editing is a plus.
- Background in working with agencies or in-house marketing teams.
