What You’ll Do

• Design and build responsive Webflow sites from Figma or scratch
• Create scroll-based animations, interactions, and micro-transitions
• Use frameworks like Client-First or Relume
• Implement CMS collections, forms, analytics, and embeds
• Optimize for speed, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years Webflow experience
• Strong visual design sensibility (typography, layout, whitespace)
• Expert with Webflow interactions and animations
• Experience with CMS, responsive builds, and SEO best practices
• Bonus: familiarity with SaaS, MedTech, or brand systems
