Influencer&Affiliate Marketing Growth Manager – EN Markets

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage crypto KOLs, X creators, YouTubers, Telegram/Discord community owners, trading groups, and affiliate partners across EN markets.
• Build and maintain a high-quality partner pipeline, segmented by market, audience profile, content format, trading influence, and conversion potential.
• Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, briefs, deliverables, budgets, referral links, tracking, and reporting.
• Activate KOLs and partners around product launches, campaigns, and key market narratives.
• Evaluate partnerships based on measurable outcomes, including qualified traffic, registrations, activations, trading volume, retention, and ROI—not only views or impressions.
• Establish and optimize affiliate workflows, including partner onboarding, commission structures, tracking links, campaign materials, and performance reviews.
• Manage and coach BD team members, helping them improve KOL outreach, partner screening, campaign execution, and partner activation.
• Set clear team workflows and performance standards; review pipeline progress, campaign quality, and partner performance regularly.
• Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Content, Product, and Community teams to align partner campaigns with EN market priorities.
• Ensure all KOL and affiliate content follows brand guidelines, approved product messaging, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, BD, or growth in crypto, Web3, trading, fintech, or exchanges.
• Strong understanding of English-speaking crypto communities, including Crypto Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, trading groups, and affiliate ecosystems.
• Existing relationships with EN-market crypto KOLs, trading communities, creators, or affiliates are strongly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering KOL or affiliate campaigns with measurable acquisition, activation, trading-volume, or revenue results.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess partnership ROI, audience quality, brand fit, and conversion potential.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring BD, partnership, or influencer-marketing team members.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and project-management skills.
• Crypto-native, highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
