What you'll do

• Coordinate and execute daily translation projects, responsible for task allocation, resource allocation, progress follow-up and delivery acceptance;
• Control the translation quality and delivery standards, and develop and promote quality improvement measures (including terminology management, style guide, QA process, etc.);
• Connect with product, development, testing and other XFN teams, be familiar with the product launch and release process, and ensure that the Localization work is synchronized with the product rhythm;
• Use data analysis tools (such as Excel Pivot Table) to provide data support for decision-making;
• Assist the department in daily operation and team management, optimize workflow, and improve delivery efficiency;
• Be able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner, coordinate buzz tasks, and ensure smooth team collaboration.

What you'll need

• 2 years or more of translation or localization project management related work experience; those with Web3 or software industry experience are preferred.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with non-Chinese colleagues without barriers; Localization, translation, linguistics and other related majors are preferred;
• Have basic technical understanding ability, be familiar with XFN collaboration logic, and understand software development Pushonline;
• Proficient in using work and Data Analysis tools (e.g. Excel Pivot Table); Familiarity with CAT tools (Phrase) or Localization platforms is preferred;
• Strong logic, good at analyzing and solving problems, with strong stress resistance and sense of responsibility;
• Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills, able to effectively promote XFN communication and resource docking;
• Strong learning ability, adaptable to fast-paced work environment, willing to accept challenges and continuously improve processes.
