Lead local marketing activities, including brand promotion, social media marketing, and partnership development.
Expand and manage various marketing channels, including social media, community forums, KOL cooperation, and others, to increase brand exposure and user conversion.
Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, recruiting and nurturing local talent.
Oversee budget management, P&L analysis, and ensure the achievement of set financial targets.
Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM cryptocurrency market, understand user needs, and adjust strategies based on market changes.
Represent business in local industry events and build strong relationships with regulators, partners, and the community.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the exchange website, including content updates, event planning, and traffic analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, finance, computer science or related fields.
8+ years of experience in the internet industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry or fintech company.
Strong business development, marketing, and team management skills.
Deep understanding of the LATAM market, familiar with local culture, laws, regulations, and business environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
