What you'll do

Develop and execute growth strategies across Southeast Asia, balancing retail and institutional audiences.
Drive user acquisition through a mix of paid channels, affiliates, partnerships, and community engagement.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to improve brand presence through aligned, localized narratives and consistent messaging across owned and paid channels, education funnels, etc.
Support the Regional Ops team with consistent branding in end-to-end lifecycle marketing: onboarding, activation, retention, and loyalty.
Identify and build partnerships with key players across Traditional Finance (TradFi), and Web2 sectors to expand Bitget's products' go-to-market.
Source opportunities at industry events, conferences, and roundtables to strengthen brand equity and credibility in the region.
Track performance against KPIs and optimize initiatives for both growth and brand impact.

What you'll need

4+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, banking, or fintech, with experience translating traditional finance concepts into simple, engaging branding.
Strong knowledge of retail and institutional trading/investing behavior in SEA.
Strategic thinker with creative instincts. Able to balance numbers-driven growth with long-term brand positioning.
Hands-on experience building a brand and/or product go-to-market.
Ability to connect crypto-native products (spot, futures, staking) with TradFi use cases.
Excellent communication skills
