About us

The ecosystem is committed to helping users trade smarter with its AI agent, which co-pilots trade execution.

Bitget is driving crypto adoption through strategic partnerships with LALIGA and MotoGP™. Aligned with its global impact strategy, Bitget has joined hands with UNICEF to support blockchain education for 1.1 million people by 2027. Bitget currently leads in the tokenized TradFi market, providing the industry's lowest fees and highest liquidity across 150 regions worldwide.

What you'll do

1. Translate Business Goals into Marketing Strategy

Understand business priorities across regions and business lines and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

Identify the most important business problems marketing should solve, rather than simply responding to incoming requests.

Define objectives, target audiences, key messages, GTM approach and success metrics.

2. Own Integrated Marketing Planning

Build quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans across regions and business lines.

Connect Product Marketing, Audience Marketing, Events, Brand, PR and regional teams around shared business priorities.

Establish clear prioritisation principles for projects, budgets and resources.

Ensure marketing activities are coordinated rather than executed in silos.

3. Lead HQ × Regional Collaboration

Act as the strategic interface between HQ marketing and regional/business teams.

Define what should be owned globally versus locally.

Help regional teams develop stronger local marketing strategies based on their business objectives.

Identify capability gaps and improve marketing quality across markets.

4. Drive Execution & Accountability

Turn strategy into clear plans, owners, timelines and deliverables.

Establish planning and review cadences across teams.

Track whether initiatives deliver against agreed business and marketing objectives.

Identify underperforming initiatives and recommend where to adjust, scale or stop investment.

5. Build Marketing Effectiveness

Connect marketing investment to measurable business outcomes.

Work with Audience Marketing and other specialist teams to optimise channel, budget and resource allocation.

Build frameworks and playbooks that improve planning quality and scalability across regions.

What you'll need

  • 8–12+ years in Integrated Marketing, Marketing Strategy, GTM, Business Marketing or Strategic Planning.
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into marketing strategy.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional and multi-market marketing programs.
  • Strong commercial judgment and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to influence senior business and regional stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong understanding of marketing disciplines, but does not need to be a specialist in every channel.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to build operating mechanisms, not just individual campaigns.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, crypto or another complex/high-growth business is preferred.
