Creative (Front End) Web Designer (UX/UI)

We are on the hunt for a designer who lives and breathes tech innovation, gaming and Web 3.0 technologies, to join our team at Freedom, a Bitazza company dedicated to bridging the gap between the real and the digital world, one innovation at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team and project managers to create, build and refine designs for websites, EDM, CMS and limited UX/UI. Must have strong skills in Photoshop, Figma and other equivalent applications for web design.
• Determine appropriate web architecture, structure and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain robust Web and EDM guides for all our consumer- and business-facing products.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups for vetting and user testing.
• Provide thought-leadership on Web design best practices and next-generation digital trends.
• Assist in the development of the Bitazza and Freedom brands and how to convey it cohesively across our multiple Web properties.
• Create site layout/user interface with an understanding of HTML / CSS / PHP / JAVA / REACT / NEXT.JS, etc.
• Strong understanding of layout and design fundamentals (layout, balance, composition) with an exceptional eye for detail, layout and consistency.
• Strong organization, problem solving and time management skills, and able to calmly deliver concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Design clean and professional design mockups, including home page, interior pages and custom elements.
• Build and manage websites including updates and maintenance based on established communications plans.
• Coordinate, provide and develop multimedia design for projects that support strategic marketing and communications goals.
• Create, implement and maintain graphic design elements and templates that support multimedia marketing objectives.
• Utilize web optimization methods to enhance SEO and increase traffic.
• Good collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially with distributed teams.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Ideal candidates for this role should have 5 years of experience in web design
• background in either a creative web design agency or an in-house creative department.
• A good understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and web3 principles would be advantageous in this role.
• Fluent English Communication
• Bachelor Degree in any related field
• Highly adaptable in multi-national team culture
