As the global plant-based food movement continues to grow, we are rapidly expanding into the US. We are seeking talented, committed, and detail-oriented individuals who want to join our team and actively contribute to building the next Mexican unicorn.

Role Summary

We are looking for a bold Head of Brand to define and elevate Birdman’s identity in the US market. You will shape brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction to build relevance and differentiation that fuels growth across digital and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy that builds emotional connection and market relevance.
  • Lead creative direction across packaging, digital campaigns, retail messaging, and content.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing to ensure brand consistency fuels acquisition and retention.
  • Translate product benefits (e.g., clean plant-protein, probiotics, digestive enzymes, complete amino acid profiles) into compelling narratives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand expression is cohesive across every touchpoint.

Candidate Profile

  • Brand builder with a portfolio of impactful, culturally relevant work.
  • Experience driving brand strategy in wellness, CPG, or digitally native spaces.
  • Strong presenter and storyteller with creative and analytical instincts.
  • Comfortable acting as a brand visionary while also executing pragmatic high-impact initiatives.
