Job Title: Marketing & Digital Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Digital Project Manager with 13+ years of expertise in digital marketing and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering end-to-end marketing automation projects, with a strong focus on hands-on implementation and technical execution. This individual will leverage extensive experience across platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Marketo to drive successful marketing campaigns and automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership: Lead and manage marketing automation projects from conception to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
- Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support in setting up instances, migrating data, performing system audits, building customer journeys, and configuring campaigns and automation workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from users to C-suite executives, both on the client-side and agency-side, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality implementation, compliance, segmentation, and reporting.
- Platform Proficiency: Set up, configure, and optimize marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) for seamless integration and performance.
- Data Management: Work with teams to segment data, create lists, and ensure the proper targeting of audiences for maximum campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine marketing automation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and email marketing, with deep expertise in email marketing automation and tools such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Marketo.
- Technical and Marketing Product Background.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end-to-end, with experience overseeing both the strategic and technical aspects of marketing automation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, engaging both client-side and agency-side stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
- Highly proficient in email development, compliance, automation, template design, landing pages, and forms.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Pardot Certified Consultant, Marketo Certified Expert, and Pragmatic Marketing Certified.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong track record of success in transitioning marketing automation platforms, such as Pardot to Marketo, with a focus on maintaining performance during the changeover.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Automation Consultant and Project Manager, particularly overseeing platform migrations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
