Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in executing the company’s rebrand initiative, and DTC hypergrowth strategies through compelling design that communicates our brand’s values and enhances customer experience. This role is responsible for developing high-impact visual assets that align with BIOptimizers’ mission to biologically optimize the health of humanity by translating ideas into visuals that strengthen brand recognition, storytelling, and customer engagement across the company’s omnichannel presence, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Design, DTC, Product Development, Science and Copy Teams. The ideal candidate brings deep design expertise, creative leadership, and executional precision within a high-performance environment.
- Design visually engaging, brand-consistent assets for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and evergreen campaigns across all channels, including digital, packaging, campaign, retail, and experiential
- Translate scientific insights, product narratives and emerging trends into breakthrough, consumer-facing creative storytelling into bold creative that resonates with our audiences.
- Concept, mock-up, and execute high-impact designs with strong omnichannel and digital sensibilities, raising the bar for visual excellence on the team.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to craft culturally relevant, disruptive and brand-defining moments.
- Manage day-to-day creative production with strong organization, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand standards are met.;
- Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment, supporting influencers/ product photoshoots, campaign development, and multiple concurrent projects
- Provide feedback to freelancers and external partners, while staying ahead of industry trends and continuously inspiring the team with fresh insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand design experience in a consumer wellness brand operating in hypergrowth with an omnichannel presence (DTC, Amazon, Influencers, Affiliate Marketing, and Retail).
- Proven experience designing 360 brand campaigns across social, digital, and events, with a strong track record in content creation, social media execution, and emerging digital platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Microsoft suite, Figma, and Monday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in digital design, branding, concepting, design composition, typography.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful brand campaigns and breakthrough 360 ideas.
- Strong eye for design, and high attention to detail.
- Up to date on pop culture and trends.
- Ability to manage your time and projects efficiently, comfortable with shifting priorities and project scopes, in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership potential and a drive to succeed.
- Deep understanding and awareness of TikTok, IG and design for organic social.
- Experience with motion design is a plus.
- Experience ideating on photography/videography concepts is a plus.
- Team player, excellent collaborator and communicator.

Work Location
This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
Company Hours & Collaboration
With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they:
- Attend required meetings
- Communicate effectively across time zones
- Deliver work by agreed-upon deadlines
