Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our company’s global marketing strategy. This executive-level role is responsible for building brand equity, driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering measurable growth across all channels. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of building high-performance marketing teams and driving business impact through integrated marketing initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Define and lead the company’s overarching marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape market positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including digital, brand, product marketing, and communications.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Develop compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and support sales enablement.
Own pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, digital acquisition strategies, ABM, and events.
Oversee marketing automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking tools.
Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to launch new offerings, develop value propositions, and create competitive positioning.
Conduct market research and voice-of-customer initiatives to guide product and messaging strategy.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and budget allocation to optimize results.
Align closely with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership to drive market expansion and customer retention.
Lead communications during product launches, PR efforts, and corporate announcements.

Working Conditions:

This position required to work in office environments, spend significant time meeting clients, attending events, and traveling to locations in the USA.
The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds independently.

Background, Skills & Experience

12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with 5+ years at a senior or executive level.
Proven success in leading marketing strategy and execution for B2B or B2C brands (industry-specific experience preferred).
Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, brand development, and product positioning.
Experience with modern martech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Webflow, Google Analytics).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
