About the role:

Our client is looking for a Web Developer & Analyst to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results.

Experience In a Digital Marketing Agency Is Required.

Experience in the home service industry is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end
• Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements
• Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking)
• Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments
• Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally
• Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development
• Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture
• Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations
• Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows
• Fast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity

Position: Web Developer & Analyst

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1500 - USD 1800
